Please read these terms before purchasing. By accepting them and completing checkout, you agree to the terms below.
1. The offer
The King Challenge: Raise Your Standard is a 30-day digital educational challenge delivered by email. It includes daily prompts, reflection exercises, and applied assignments intended to help participants examine their standards, decisions, and follow-through.
2. Educational purpose
The King Challenge provides general educational material. It is not therapy, medical or mental-health care, legal advice, or individualized professional coaching. If you need professional help, seek advice from a qualified provider who can consider your circumstances.
3. Your responsibility
You decide whether and how to use the material and remain responsible for your choices, actions, safety, and results. Participation requires your own judgment and consistent daily effort. No particular personal, professional, financial, health, or relationship outcome is promised.
4. Price and payment
The price and currency shown during checkout before you submit payment are the terms that apply to your purchase. Payment is processed through the secure payment service presented at checkout. You authorize the displayed charge when you submit payment and agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.
5. Delivery and access
The challenge is delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout after payment is confirmed. Keep that address accurate and check filtered or junk-mail folders if an expected message does not arrive. Delivery timing can be affected by email providers, internet availability, and reasonable service interruptions.
6. Cancellations, refunds, and disputes
You may leave checkout before submitting payment. If you have a delivery problem, billing concern, refund request, or dispute after purchase, use the contact method provided with your purchase communications so the matter can be reviewed. Any rights available under applicable law remain unaffected. These terms do not create a separate promise of a refund after digital delivery begins.
7. Personal use and intellectual property
Your purchase is for your individual, non-commercial use. You may use and print materials for your own participation, but you may not copy, publish, sell, sublicense, distribute, teach from, or make the challenge or its materials available to others without written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Privacy and communications
Information you provide may be used to process the purchase, deliver the challenge, prevent misuse, and respond to purchase-related questions. Payment details are handled by the payment service presented at checkout. Optional marketing messages are separate from the communications needed to complete and deliver your purchase.
9. Availability and limitation of liability
The challenge is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The King Challenge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from participation or inability to access the material. Any direct liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The terms presented when you make a purchase govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree to a later change.
