Refund Policy

An early-access purchaser may request a full refund at any time before The King Challenge is released. This pre-release promise takes priority over the general 14-day test window. A refunded presale cannot later be released or enrolled.

Email support@becomeakingchallenge.com from the purchaser address with the order date and a brief description of the issue. Do not send card details.

Requests are reviewed against the purchase record and delivery state. A valid request is initiated through the payment provider; the application does not claim completion until a verified provider event records the refund state.

Abuse, duplicate requests, chargeback manipulation, or requests made after the stated window may be declined except where applicable law requires otherwise. A delivery or billing error will be investigated on its facts.

If a confirmed purchaser cannot be released because the protected course capacity is full, the purchaser receives a waiting notice and an immediate full-refund option. Refund truth still comes from the verified payment-provider event.

Unsubscribing from optional marketing or release-update email is not a refund request. A refund must be requested through the protected option shown for a capacity-held order or by contacting support.
